Scholarship Program
ESAP was founded in 2005. The beauty of ESAP lies in its simplicity – making Catholic education affordable to families in need. ESAP accomplishes this through Financial Aid Awards and Scholarship Awards.
Scholarships are awarded to one boy and one girl currently in 7th grade at participating schools. Scholarship Applications ask students to write a short essay demonstrating how they used their time and talents to help someone in need this past year.
ESAP is looking for something that was not required of the student, but a situation where the student saw a need and willingly helped out. This award is based on the student embodying the Christian spirit of giving back and helping others. If possible, the student should mention how the situation affected them and those they helped.
The Scholarship Award reflects the very heart and principals of ESAP. There is a recognition ceremony for these students and their families.
Essays may be typed or hand written, but it is important that that the student does the work!
Awards are based on applications received. Financial need is not a factor in these awards.
